We were quite impressed with everything until it came home to sleep. If in another room , would have been ok. That we got a refund when we complained the next morning but wished we had of asked to change rooms earlier.

The noise. The room is at the bottom of the stairs is so loud. Its under the kitchen and bar, its right behind a loading zone, the toilets for upstairs is at your door and there is a back entrance that people were using all hours if the night. This room is not suitable for anyone. No sleep at all that night.

"Good value for money, close to devonport shopping centre and the quay for Spirit of Tasmania."

Close stay to catch the Spirit of Tasmania the next morning. I also booked the wrong date initially and the Hotel staff were kind enough to reimburse me.
