"Clean but very noisy"

Columbus, GA North Comfortable bed and clean. Noisy location due to traffic, upstairs guest stomped around doing exercises for an hour after we went to bed. Air conditioner went on and off all night. Even though I set it to 72 it showed it was 67 when we woke up. We were cold all night. Handle to shower came off while in shower. Evening staff was quite nice. Morning staff couldn’t be bothered with returning the smile and ‘good morning’. Must mention the traffic noise again. Even with my noise maker running, the traffic was much louder. Not well insulated to noise.

We totally enjoyed checking in with such a wonderfully cheerful and friendly front desk person! She made our day! She certainly is an asset to the facility!

The breakfast could of had a better food selection.
