Hotel Bakoua Les Trois Ilets

Excellent location, good room with comfortable bed. Overall infra somewhat weared out. My stay got a very negative turn due to the rude behavior of the receptionist. Both at check-in and check-out the desk was empty. At check-out he managed even to say a single word. This is the service at the most reputable hotel on the island where a client is treated like a dirty towel. I’m a frequent business traveller over 35 years and I’m afraid that this is my most shocking experience

The hotel was located in an amazing neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. There was a beautiful beach and infinity pool, as well as a neat bar overlooking the water.

One of the best experiences ever. My wife and I loved the area, the service, and especially the people. Great location to the ferry to Fort De France. Amazing restaurants in the area. Awesome sunsets!! Great services at the hotel and around.

GreAt property, great location but a lot of older people stay in this facility.

Excellent beach location and plenty of beach chairs and shade. Beautiful pool area although chairs not as comfortable and no umbrellas. Good location for ferry to Fort de France. Everyone was friendly. Restaurant stated to be every night but often there are changes to a special menu by the beach instead. Lunch options at the beach could be more extensive with longer hours.

The beach, infinity pool, bars and restaurant were excellent. Very close to shopping and to the ferry into Fort de France . The room was basic, clean but dated. The bed was very comfortable. Would have liked colder air conditioning. Staff was professional , helpful and some spoke english. We speak limited French but we’re able to communicate well enough. Had a great time and would go back.

We had a room on the beach which was so ideal. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy to walk to the town which had a lot of restaurants, shops and the marina. The room was small, but functional. There is not much help from the hotel to plan activities and excursions, but as for a place to stay and relax, I would recommend it highly.

This hotel is extremely run down. The staff was wonderful and it is clean. Beautiful ocean views but it needs a facelift.

Excellent location and by far it is the nicest hotel of those in Trois-Ilets.

Valdi was the most pleasant person to deal with at the hotel for information about the island, she made the experience great. However, if you don’t speak French you may find the people at coco bar to be rude.
