Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa. L’accueil a été remarquable, chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. Le cadre est absolument superbe : entre la plage paradisiaque, les jardins soigneusement entretenus et la piscine magnifique, tout invite à la détente et au bien-être. La chambre était spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Mention spéciale pour le spa, un véritable havre de paix, et pour les restaurants, où chaque repas a été un vrai plaisir.

Le seul petit bémol serait l’emplacement : l’hôtel est assez isolé, il faut une voiture pour sortir ou visiter les environs. Mais ce calme contribue aussi à l’atmosphère reposante du lieu.

- Shanti is a smaller development and feels more private. - Never crowded, with plenty of space on the beach and in the restaurant. - Excellent swimming in crystal clear water with great depth. - Good water sport activities included in the price. - Very green, with beautiful big trees and lots of birds. - Room with ocean view, listening to the sea at night was nice - Delicious breakfast with lots of choice (loved the chia and tapioca puddings, smoothies). - Great kids club with a nice pool. - FANTASTIC STAFF!!! Special thanks to Satish, who is incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. He is a very good man. Evelyn and Yajna at the restaurant were also amazing; my daughter loved them. In the kids club, Jaymala and Prema were very caring.

- No snacks provided in the kids club despite being listed in the programme. - Kids club closes at 5:30pm, with only cinema offered afterwards every night.

Oasi di benessere, abbiamo soggiornato nella JSuite fronte mare e abbiamo avuto tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Il massaggio nella SPA è stato molto rilassante. Colazione top.

Prezzi degli extra un po’ eccessivi ma giustificati dalla qualità.

Shanti Maurice was a wonderful experience in paradise and it was not because of the location, but because of the team and the effort put in place to make this place home away from home. We went there as part of our annual summer holiday but also to celebrate our 11th years anniversary and I have to make clear here that we are a gay couple and we felt so much at home with so much love and respect and most of all, they celebrated us everyday till the day we left. I also want to commend the effort they put into making service so personable that it makes you feel like you are spending time with your friends. We want to take this moment to thank every one who made the experience something that we will cherish for ever The star team- Provesh, Vik, Krishan, Nikhul, Lora, Airaa, Isha, Bharish [Sorry if the names are spelt wrongly] and the team at Rumshed bar and grill; Ajali, Keshan, Vishal, Tejvan and to Michael from Madagascar. We hope to visit again but you can be sure we will tell all our friends to visit Shanti Maurice

I wish the gym could have been bigger

L’emplacement est exceptionnel au calme, dans la partie sauvage de l’île, à recommander pour les gens qui veulent réellement se reposer dans un environnement tropical magnifiquement mis en valeur . Le service est exceptionnel avec des personnes réellement attentionnées et bienveillantes. La restauration est d’un niveau très satisfaisant ; le petit déjeuner est riche et varié. Le Spa est le plus vaste de l’océan indien, avec une qualité de prestation également exceptionnelle. Nous sommes sentis en totale sécurité dans cet établissement, au bord d’un lagon aux eaux extrêmement poissonneuses.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est l’insonorisation de certaines chambres.

Wir haben unseren Babymoon im Shanti Mauritius verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und herzlich, die Villa großzügig und mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Diese Kleinigkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht und für viel Entspannung und Privatsphäre gesorgt.

Der Meerzugang ist durch Steine etwas erschwert, was jedoch auf Mauritius fast überall so ist.

The villa was clean specious

I pay for a certain villa with specific pictures shown in booking but it was different in the real life, it supposed to be private as shown in bookings.com where in real life it wasn’t private at all, i talked to the staff to explain but they wasn’t cooperating with me, and they charged me 100 euros to use a shade to increase the privacy as the villa wasn’t as appeared in the pictures provided by booking.com. I regret the money i paid for this resort and i wish if i would’ve booked another resort where i get what i paid for.
