Not the best Comfort Inn and Suites we've stayed in. The bathroom door was old and annoying because it shut automatically. The bathroom and bed were clean. The ahower was wonderful. The lady helping at breakfast was so sweet and attentive! Rare to have this. The chairs in the room were disgusting and I did NOT sit on them.

This was a comfortable hotel, not far off Interstate 25 but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Plenty of choices of restaurants nearby, including the one recommended by the front desk, Yo Mama's Grill, which was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, necessary on this day that was nearly 90 degrees (in October). The breakfast was the typical fare found in these types of hotels. The coffee at breakfast was very good. The hotel was not far from the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge, which was a well-preserved wetlands area with plenty of waterfowl at the time we visited.

There wasn't anything really special about this hotel that would justify the price we paid, which compared to similar hotels in similar sized towns and cities, was high. We had asked for a room with a view, since the hotel advertised being located at the foot of the Magdalena Mountains, but there was no view from our rooms.

Ich habe dieses Hotel 2mal bezahlt trotz direkter Reklamation beim Empfang. Im Vorfeld habe ich dieses Hotel bereits direkt bezahlt über booking und auch die Bestätigung vorgelegt. Beim Check-In hat sie meine Kreditkartennummer eingegeben und mir den Betrag noch einmal belastet. Die Dame war unbelehrbar und hatte keine Sekunde eine Idee ihre Aktion zu hinterfragen! Ich habe sogar der Kreditkartengesellschaft angerufen, wo mir bestätigt wurde, dass das Geld belastet wurde. 2mal habe ich an der Reception reklamiert und nachgefragt für eine Stornierung und ihr alle Unterlagen vorgelegt, es hat sie nicht interessiert! Ich bin bis heute am kämpfen, dass ich knapp USD 210.-- wieder zurück bekomme, sowieso eine hoher Betrag für ein Mittelklassehotel und einer extrem unfreundlichen Behandlung!

I didn't like that I had to leave a day early, before the checkout time, and I was still charged for the following day. Stayed 3 days and had to pay for 4 days. Bad business.
