Sehr schöne,große Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.

Leider hat der Wellnessbeteich schon 18.00 Uhr geschlossen was nicht sehr schön war denn im Winter möchte man das ja abends nutzen

早餐非常讚房間到整個飯店應該都是過去非常高規格的裝潢，雖然舊了但是非常重視整潔，房間內沒有任何因為老舊造成的令人在意的痕跡，讓我退房那天非常捨不得🥹

Местоположение, удобства, атмосфера, персонал!!

Както бях в сауната, изведнъж всичко беше изключено и заявено, че този ден сауната няма да работи!! Без предварително уведомление!!

"Great time, my first choice if I come again to Karlovyvary"

Everything was so good except the cold water in the spa center

The mineral water in the pool could be warmer, ans the pool is abit too small for many people
