Sri Phala Resort & Villa

Haben als Familie ein einfache Gartenvilla gebucht und haben bei Ankunft eine Villa mit Privatpool bekommen. Die Anlage ist schön begrünt und trotz der Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße bekommt man nichts vom Lärm in der Anlage mit. Das Personal ist super freundlich und der Weg zum Strand ist ein schöner kurzer Spaziergang, der auch mit zwei Kleinkindern einfach zu bewältigen ist.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights at Sri Phala. It was my first time in Bali and this accomodation completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, lovely and cleaned daily, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing and brilliant service, as was the restraunt for lunch and dinner. The pools were both beautiful and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were accomodating, kind and helpful at all times. The location was good for us, however, a bit further away from restaurants/other hotels/shops when we were meeting friends, this was not a problem though as it’s just a short 5-10 minute bike ride away! We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Sanur. Cannot fault the experience.

It was perfect

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet was yummy. The pool was beautiful Close to the beach and boardwalk Staff were very welcoming and eager to help.

The rooms seem a little old. A bit of a smell coming from our rooms bathroom. Nothing off putting, just an old, unpleasant smell.

Hôtel très sympa, personnel attentionné particulièrement Mira qui a pris le temps de nous en apprendre davantage sur la culture balinaise avec un grand sourire ! Big up à elle !

Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful especially the staff who checked us in. Food I'm the restaurant was nice and the hotel has two lovely pools. The hotel was very clean and the room was well maintained and big. Location is good, 5min walk to the beach.
