The location was perfect. The beach is moments away. The rooftop pool is extremely nice, as are the sunbeds there. The staff are great generally.

The staff in the rooftop pool charged me automatic gratuity of 20% without showing me my itemised bill, then brought me a card machine to pay with tipping options listed on it. I would have liked the staff to be consciously more transparent about automatic gratuity where applied.

Zentrale Lage am South Beach, fussläufig gut erreichbar, sauber, farbliche Abstimmung im Hotel und Zimmer gut, Dachterrasse mit Pool und Fruehstuecksbereich. Das Badezimmer war schoen gestaltet.

Wir waren auf Hochzeitsreise und hatten uns fuer eine Nacht mit einer Freundin in einem Zimmer fuer 3 Personen eingebucht. Das Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten waere fuer 2 Personen ausreichend gross gewesen fuer 3 Personen und mit 2 Doppelbetten jedoch definitiv zu klein. Vom.Fussende bis zur Wand waren es weniger als 1 Meter. Das Fenster konnte man leider nicht oeffnen, allerdings wsr das Zimmer klimatisiert. Man schaute auf eine etwa 3 Meter entfernte Hauswand Die Eingangsfassade wird zur Zeit renoviert, daher ist das Hotel mit einem Netz eingekleidet, Baulaerm ist moeglich. Ich hatte den CS zuvor informiert, dass wir auf Hochzeitsreise waren. Es gab bei Ankunft weder Glueckwuensche des Personsls, noch eine Karte im Zimmer oder sonstige Aufmerksamkeiten. Nach Beschwerde ueber die Renovierungsansicht und die Groesse des Zimmers erhielten wir einen Gutschein zum Verzehr was ok war. Dadurch war das Preis Leistungsverhaeltnis ok.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com um ótimo isolamento acústico. Cama muito boa e um chuveiro maravilhoso.

Única coisa ruim, era o tamanho do quarto, onde achamos bem pequeno.
