I appreciated the location's convenience for the tasks I had to complete. The owners/staff were friendly and informative. The room was in good shape, meaning no peeling paint, worn carpet, or scarred furniture. The room had a quiet fridge, a microwave, and heat/air. All were in working order. The bathroom was clean. I think the bathtub drain could be cleaned because the water drains slowly. The shower was easy to use, and hot water was quickly available. My only complaint was the customers staying in the room above mine. The first night, the people didn't come til late and stayed up til 12:30! They woke me up. After their bath, the tub faucet dripped. I moved to the bed nearest the window and no longer heard the drip. The next night, some guy above was having a lot of fun with himself about 4 a.m. and woke me up with a seriously creaking bed! I wish the insulation between the top and bottom rooms was better, so I wouldn't be affected by the noise. And, too, some people don't consider that the walls and floor/ceilings carry noise in hotels!

I mentioned it in the above paragraph—the ease with which sound carries through the walls and ceilings. Hearing the tub and toilet are pretty acceptable in hotels/inns. If people are quiet and talk in normal voices in the rooms, I didn't hear them. Re: the room above me, I sometimes could hear people walking, but I don't mind unless it is during "sleeping time." Perhaps, like a lot of people. I prefer a good night's sleep to awakening in the middle of the night, because of someone's activities in another room above me. It is hard to go back to sleep.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable.

Would have preferred ground floor.

Room was big. Bathroom was huge. Very clean cozy and comfortable. Will definitely go back again very soon

I think checkout should be 11am during winter months but I enjoyed my stay very much

The bed was VERY comfortable and cozy. The location of the Inn was right off the main road so it was easy to find and it was very quiet.

There was no coffee/coffee maker in the room. :-(

There is no breakfast! They had cereal! And coffee!

Having to walk across the parking lot to get a coffee!
