Room was nice, we had a cosy double. Bed was comfortable. Location is right in the middle of town.

We were made to feel like a burden from the start to finish. When we arrived, no one on check in - took 15 minutes to find staff - lots of bags completely unattended in the atrium. When they arrived they told me I'd stayed in the loading bay outside - 7 mins max. I told them I'd been waiting for them for 15 mins. I was then told 'good luck parking' absolutely no help, directions at all. For breakfast - when I asked if i could order after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told a table of 17 had to be dealt with first. We then subsequently waited a further 20-30 minutes to order eggs. For a few 100 GBP a night in off season - I expected more.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are so lovely and it has such a warm ambience. Our room was amazing and so clean. Breakfast was great and service excellent. Lovely at night in the bar and restaurant. Can’t recommend enough.

Booked the Sunday night stay over deal. £169 for a luxury room with breakfast and £50 dinner credit. Stayed in room 34 and it was amazing. The biggest bath I’ve even seen in the most beautiful bathroom. The bedroom was so luxurious. The room was dog friendly so paid £50 for my dog to come too. They left a dog bed, bowl and bottle of water for my dog which was a really nice touch. The Sunday lunch was amazing. The waitress Charlotte was very friendly. Looking forward to the next deals to be advertised as I’ll definitely be coming back. Small niggle - One thing I would have liked was more breakfast tea teabags! There was only 3.

My boyfriend and I went for drinks and dinner while in Rye. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel at home by the friendly staff. Jorge greeted us and made sure we were attended to at the bar. Ruymán attended us in the restaurant and delivered a 1010 service- so kind, friendly and professional. From recommending us dishes from the menu to ensuring we never needed to ask for anything, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The whole experience was great and we cannot wait to visit again soon.
