Liked the room it was perfect, looking over the raceway. The staff, Tammy at the front desk wonderful.

The fact right now that I was charged partially for my stay on 3/13 of $87.69. When we arrived, I was charged $119.00. When booked the total was $106.69, I am due a $100 refund The fact that we had to pay $50 because we were checking in early, is absurd since it was empty. Also, this is Ballys, why are you charging for drinks at the tables

Casino is in close proximity

Parking lot is very crowded staff is not very friendly price is too steep

The location the decor and the room size

I did not like that the toilet was not cleaned inspite of having the clean seal paper around the toilet indicating it had been cleaned,and the shower walls were dirty.

Bed was two soft we sunk into the springs, and the pillows were hard.
