The pool was great, staff was great, room was nice enough but very poorly serviced by staff. Had to ask for shampoo, soap, shower floor mat which was attended to promptly. On second day, floor mat & hand towel was taken by housekeeping but not replaced. But all in all, considering the price I won’t complain too loudly!!! Oh, water pressure in shower sucked 😂

Si bien el personal es muy amabley el precio ed economico prometen aire acondicionado y no servía, quise llamar a recepción y el teléfono muerto bueno a ver tele sin control remoto jajjajjajjajsjjs todo un desastre. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.

Hicieron lo posible por ayudarme con necesidades especiales. Mi estancia fue en una suite. Muy espaciosa. Muebles un poco escasos, pero funcionales. Limpio y todos muy atentos

El hotel va en caida en cuanto a Instalaciones y el servicio no se queda atras. Me entregaron la habitacion casi a las 17 hrs, Rente una Master Suite y al llegar a la habitación no tenia mas que una Toalla, sin tapate y sin toalla de manos. Tuve que solicitarla mas de 3 veces. La habitacion Sucia, mal aseada y al dia siguiente el aseo, solo se hizo por decir que lo hicieron. Pedimos Room Service y la cantidad pagada por los alimentos fue extremadamente ridicula, parecia que habian enviado sobras de orros platillos. En general muy mala experiencia respecto a todo.
