Convenient location for my needs, no chair in room so could only lay on the bed

Easy to communicate with the property. Hospitality is good

Breakfast box not great

firstly the hotel has a brilliant location. less than a minute off the m4. so it’s easy to find. it’s also right next to a fantastic services with good food choices and a massive starbucks. there are also plenty of fast electric car chargers, which is amazing considering much bigger places don’t have any. the hotel is all that you need. good beds. big rooms. nice and clean and very friendly helpful staff. they don’t do a cooked breakfast but if that’s your thing i recommend lilly’s in pontycymer, a ten minute drive away. that’s a lovely cafe. a special mention to jessica on hotel reception who was very helpful.

Great stay, clean room and the staff were so nice and helpful

Wrong link on the email address leading to 70miles away destination from the property. I told the reception that they need to fix the link sat nav. There were insect crawling in the bathroom. There was no shampoo/shower gel in shower.. Bottle was empty.

Very clean, basic amenities, had tea making facilities and a hairdryer. Wifi wasn't great and tv sometimes had no signal. Staff were friendly enough.

Positives: friendly staff, clean well stocked rooms, good location, free wifi. Reasonable price. What’s not to like? Negatives: tired and dated look but the positives outweigh this. Some updating would improve this hotel.

It was comfortable and met our requirements admirably.
