Mowbray By The Sea

Pool area was lovely and seems Like the most updated part of the apartment. Manager at reception was really helpful and flexible with check-in anf check out times

Cooking vent and bathroom vents were not working. Pool was cold at night even in the jacuzzi pool.

Very handy to town and beach, love the morning and evening birds near the balcony, nice pool, loved having a washing machine in the apartment.

Although the sheets and towels were clean on arrival, the rest of the place needs a deep clean and then a good clean weekly. Dust everywhere, floors and carpets dirty. Light shades stained and full of dust, slatted doors throughout apartment full of dust/dirt.

Great Location. Comfy beds. Nice big balcony.

The kitchen could have been cleaner, the microwave was pretty dirty and so were some of the dishes. No dishwashing liquid. There was soap scum in the showers.

Der Pool und die Lage zum Strand und ins Zentrum waren toll. Dass wir den Schlauch in der Garage verwenden durften um unsere Motorräder zu waschen, war sehr zuvorkommend.

Es war etwas dunkel, da die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren und die Fenster sehr zugewachsen waren.

Clean Tidy, well maintained

We stayed at 3rd floor and apparently because of old buildings in that area there’s no lift so we carried luggage on 3rd floor 😜

Fantastic location as it was so close to the beach and main street for shops, restaurants and bars. Absolutely loved the heated swimming pool and size and space in our unit - it was brilliant having two large ensuite bathrooms that adjoined each bedroom. Beds were super comfy and having air con available was also a bonus. Hangers in closets was another bonus. Foxtel was terrific as we could watch our AFL team without having to go to a pub! Good size fridge and the ability to shop and bring our own food in to prepare/cook helped to keep food costs down a little. Availability of a BBQ was also excellent. The shower was divine with excellent water pressure. Awesome having undercover car parking too. A fantastic place to stay!

The only thing I can think of is perhaps it needs a few more kitchen items, ie another frypan and utensils for cooking. No tongs or egg flip so it proved tricky cooking bacon and eggs! No lift available so I couldn’t really see my parents coming here unless they had a ground floor apartment.

Location was great . Pool was awesome . Nice and quiet
