The Parks Inn Bed and Breakfast

We could not stay at the parks inn bed and breakfast in Lemon Cove. It was so outdated and furnished with very old furniture, very poorly decorated. There was no tv, fridge or microwave. I've stayed at other bnb that had everything! The rooms were so close together. We felt very uncomfortable and had to leave. The pictures on line were not good. And I think the reviews were VERY misleading. I will go the every travel site to warn other travelers. I could not get a refund.....it was so overpriced also. Hotels.com was not helpful in my situation and I will not use that again.

Charming B&B with personality. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There were a lot of amenities as was included on the listing, but the description was slightly off. We stayed in the Zion room and although there is a fireplace, it has an electric furnace insert that puts out heat. It is not a functioning fireplace. We enjoyed the jacuzzi the first night, but the second night it had not been warmed up yet. Breakfast was served every morning on time. Lisa clearly put in effort, but it was an acquired taste. Not a traditional breakfast.

We very much enjoyed our stay and our hosts were wonderful! Thank you!

It was our 1st B&B so we did not know what to expect. It was warm, inviting, clean, and friendly. The building was old but maintained well. The breakfast was excellent as was service. We would definitely stay again.

Lisa was an amazing host, so kind and helpful! Her home was beautiful and cozy, definitely rebookiny again if im ever in the area. Perfect for visiting Seqouia!!!!!

Lisa was a great host. We contacted her a week before arrival, shortly after fires started and she replied very quickly and put me at ease. Room was great, clean and cozy, AC was on when we came making it immediately a perfect place to rest. Surrounding is beautiful, pool area very nice, very calm and quiet. Lisa asked us about the dietary restrictions and accommodated all of them when making a fantastic breakfast next day. Finally, she helped us to plan our second day visit, as the park was closed that day. Overall we were very happy, we will be back and we already recommended Lisa's place to our friends.
