Pertiwi resort is ideally situated in the middle of Ubud. A top location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A nice pool area and well- kept grounds. Staff were pleasant.

The shower flooded the bathroom floor - not a new building so it has done this for years. The sliding door was difficult to close and lock. The bed curtains had a couple of tears. No basin plug. Minor issues but they show a lack of supervision. The breakfast was acceptable but not a great range of food. No coffee machine. Food was lukewarm as brought from the floor beneath and put on top of inadequate spirit burners. The property is very steep in parts, spread out in nice gardens and breakfast is up steep stairs (no lift) - not suited to anyone with mobility issues.

La villa était super. Le staff est très très gentil et vraiment réactif. L’hôtel est décoré avec soin et on se sent vraiment dans une bulle hors du temps Je recommande cet hôtel!

Attention la salle de bain de la villa est en extérieur donc il y a beaucoup de moustiques. Et la porte de la salle de bain laisse un écart ce qui fait que pleins de bêtes rentrent dans la chambre Aussi, concernant notre arrivée, nous aurions apprécié avoir plus qu’une petite bouteille par personne pour passer la nuit et se laver les dents. Ou alors que l’on puisse en acheter une à l’accueil mais il y en avait pas. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas vraiment à la hauteur de l’hôtel. C’est vraiment très basique et industriel (les viennoiseries). En revanche le petit déjeuner à la carte rien à dire c’était très bon.

The facilities are great. Lots of green and nature. The pool is amazing, and the location is the best.

The shower and the toilet was not clean properly on arrival, and one room had food from previous guests. Also the restaurant was too slow, they took around one hour to serve a Burger.
