Great location. Beautiful gardens.

Shower, high step up into bath. Shower head not attached correctly and spray all over floor. My neighbouring guests were very noisy and staff reluctant to address them.

Location was excellent near to good excursions and shopping 🛍 Breakfast was okay

Communication about the things to do on silent day and food arrangements on that day Should have given information in advance

Beautiful room and hotel/resort. Very large grounds. The included breakfast was nice. Very central location in Ubud. Even though Ubud is busy and crowded, Pertiwi has a lot of green space and paths (even a creek) and feels like you are in nature. The grounds are beautiful and the resort is large. My room was one of the more basic rooms and it was beautiful with a great view of the grounds. Note: the resort is quite large and actually spans between two streets. (There are two entrances, one on each end of the resort). Google maps does not show that the resort touches both streets and often showed a much longer route to the various places around Ubud that I mapped out, but I found that by using the other entrance of the resort the travel time was actually much shorter than indicated on the map.

Staff so helpful and very attentive.

No information in the room, not even a list of numbers to contact, reception, spa, restaurant so on. Would have been very helpful to have information pack in your room so that you could take advantage on what the resort had to offer.

Le lieu est magique comme un petit village idyllique. La piscine et la possibilité de sortir des deux côtés c'est top. Côté Monkey forest streat et côté Bisma streat.

La chambre standard n'est pas top. On a changé pour une chambre Deluxe. C'est carrément mieux
