Highly recommended this hotel. Spacious suite. Great location.

I booked this hotel 6 months in advance and requested a room on a higher floor. I contacted the hotel a week or so before arrival to request again. Despite this I was allocated a room on the 1st/2nd floor. Very disappointing.

Room was fabulous, so much space, quality fixtures and fittings, comfortable bed. Location was so convenient, yet in a beautiful leafy street. Dog friendly. Nice restaurant in lobby area.

We couldn’t make the coffee machine in our room work

Good location.

No air conditioning. Suite was nothing special. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lousy. Curtains were not black out. It was just not worth what we were paid.

Location, staff & restaurant were very good.

We had high expectations of the hotel however it was sadly let down by a shabby neglected room. The kitchen units were poor, also there was a panel missing under the cooker. The shower cubicle had black mould in several places, we were incredibly disappointed with these aspects of our stay especially as the hotel sells itself as an upmarket boutique hotel.
