Pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres, il faisait tres chaud ; difficile de dormir avec un bébé. Literie peu confortables. Le personnel de l'accueil pas toujours accueillant. La cuisse soit disant équipée : une seule petite casserole et un grille pain...bof bof

This is my favorite place to stay in Victoria. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spacious rooms with kitchens that are spotless and fully stocked with everything you need. The staff is amazing and genuinely helpful and accommodating; they always go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The restaurant is fantastic too, with great food and wonderful servers. I truly love everything about this hotel.
