I didn’t find them welcoming and our toilet broke and the person at reception did not seem concerned or said sorry etc It was not a horrible hotel, just could be more welcoming and attentive. I was only taken to my room and was not sure if we there was a sitting area in main building etc. basically, no information was offered.

The Inn at the Delta was one of the best stays we've had. The gorgeous details in the room, the lush grounds, and the incredible staff combined made us wish we had booked a (much) longer stay!
