How friendly and knowledgeable the front desk staff was at time of check in

They have roaches, the towels have heavy stains as if they were never washed, the tub needs to be repainted or replaced, and the hallways stink!

everything. Staff was unresponsive. Room was in need of repair, leaking faucet, damage on windows and walls. Grounds were dirty with garbage everywhere. I will never stay here again!
