Hotel Les Rotes

Had a fantastic 6 days here and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel in general. The room and balcony was superb and the pool area really tranquil with lots of little areas to enjoy. Breakfast was extensive and good quality. The same can be said for the set menue each night very well priced at 30 euros and good quality too!

My wife and I plus our friends were staying at this hotel for 7 nights last week. We arrived home at 2am this morning. We had a great time. The hotel and its staff were important in making our stay and holiday so enjoyable. Before arriving I phoned Gerard to ask if he could arrange a Birthday cake for Elaine one of our friends who celebrated her birthday during our stay. The cake was superb and arrived at the time I requested. Also I found the rest of the staff so accomodating. The waiters were so attentive without being in your face. They all had a great attitude to making your stay the best it could be. Well done to all of you. Great job. The hotel its self is equally as good as the staff. No fault could be found. It is the best and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The outside area pool and garden are superb. The sunbeds, wicker table and chairs, the rocking beds etc etc are of superb quality. Non of this white plastic rubish just quality throughout . The garden area with its many wicker structures and wicker tables and chairs was a reaxing areas like no other. With the gently sound of the many water fountains in the garden surrounded by Orange trees full of oranges. Not forgetting the fish pond full of happy goldfish. Such a relaxing area. It was stunning. As was the swimmimg pool. On Elasines birthday the ladies went for a Spa massage arranged in the hotel Spa area. Both ladies were glowing and full of praise for the massage they had received. Yet another success !! I honestly could not find fault with anything or anyone in the hotel. Rooms 109 & 114 were all happy . Had a Taxi into Denia town most evening arranged by the hotel reception. Price was average 10 Euros for a party of 4. Great fun. I shall be returning that for sure. Thank You to the Staff at MR Les Rotes. Your all stars Mr Brett ( Room 109 )

We visited the hotel for 1 week as part of a family wedding. We were really impressed with the facilities and staff. Main highlights were the buffet breakfast which is excellent with fresh orange juice. The pool is really good and quite deep for jumping in at the deep end. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean. They have a little electric car there which can be hired and is good fun to drive around in. There is a bus every hr that goes into the centre od Denia which is good as there are no shops nearby within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Stayed here 2 years ago in a lovely junior suite with private terrace with sea views. Arrived for 2nd stay today, having requested the same room with the sea view, and they have given me a room by the main road, overlooking the car park. When I informed them I will leave tomorrow because this room is unacceptable, they said that I must pay for the entire week. In these circumstances I cannot recommend the hotel at all. Room 101 is just awful, with constant traffic outside. A true room 101!

Very good service and really confortable place to stay, nice views and friendly staff It’s nice to be able to park the car and go for a walk on the waterfront. There is also a nice restaurant and a pool

We came for a yoga retreat in May and everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself has so much character and the gardens are an oasis. The rooms are super clean and the pool is just sublime but what stood out for us, was the staff who exceeded our expectations. They delivered in every way, from Carmen to Martina, to Alex, back and front of house staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable - our group loved every moment and we will be back.

lugnet, lokalisationen. Mindre bra var frukosten och blev besviken på maten i övrigt s tidigare varit väldigt hög klass med prisvärda flerrätters menyer, detta var betydligt sämre och det blev jag väldigt besviken på. Just dessa menyer har alltid varit en starkt bidragande orsak t att jag valt detta hotell

Me dieron la habitación 24, como si estuviese en un sótano. Cama de 90, se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en las habitaciones contiguas y no digamos por la noche que parece ser que arreglan las hamacas y sillas de la piscina que está encima de la habitación, parecía que estaban martilleando el techo. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía bastante fresquito, en vez de darme otra habitació me dejaron un calefactor para el baño, para la habitación nada de nada. Y todo esto por 144 euros la noche.

Reception very good. Hotel very nice. It goes down hill from there. We tried to get afternoon tea but no food was available. A waiter said sometimes we have food, sometimes we don't. Today no. Had to make do with a packet of crisps. Service was poor. We were there for a wine society evening and dinner. The main course was bad. The fish that my wife had was not good and others at the table agreed. My meat dish was, and I struggle to describe it, not edible. The room was cold and, despite turning up the room thermastat, no warm air came out. All in all we will not be staying here again. No where near a 4 star hotel. Finally some of the staff were not very friendly.
