La comodidad de la cama, el espacio de la habitación y la variedad del desayuno.

Había mobiliario dañado y la canaleta del baño pegada con cinta aislante en la entrada hacia que nos tropezaramos al entrar.

Il nostro soggiorno é stato splendido. Siamo stati a Madrid solo due giorni per un concerto; la posizione era ottima per poter raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città, anche grazie alla fermata della metro. Lo staff assolutamente eccezionale, accogliente e super cordiale. Abbiamo chiesto un lettino in aggiunta alla camera matrimoniale e sono riusciti ad accogliere quest’esigenza. Inoltre, abbiamo potuto prenotare un taxi per l’aeroporto alle 5:30 del mattino. Sicuramente la reception attiva 24h é un servizio da non sottovalutare se si viaggia per pochi giorni. Anche la colazione era ottima, scelta sia di dolce che salato per tutti i gusti.

Mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde voll erfüllt, es war wirklich still. Die Lage nah am Plaza Espana hat uns auch gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war für spanische Verhältnisse gut und das Personal nett.

Da die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen sind, fand ich den Preis etwas zu hoch. Der Fitnessraum hätte sauberer sein können und die Hantelgewichte gingen trotz ausreichend Platz nur bis 6kg.
