The pool and location

No room service , very average dinner menu , air con died middle of the night and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to sort it out

The pool was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the room was a decent size but I do struggle to see the price point here.

The room had everything that was needed but it was certainly tired. Kick boards through the room very chipped, broken toilet etc all very minor but takes away from the luxury price point.

Property location, rooms & facilities were great. House keeping staff also great and welcoming.

Staff, front of house staff need more training in customer service. We went to breakfast that morning unsure of the process. Stood at the bar looking for direction but the bar staff member would not look up or acknowledge us. We then went inside and was told to take a seat and someone would bring over the menus.. 20 minutes later, still nothing so we got up and left.
