The staff are all foreigners and not very friendly. They were courteous enough but we missed the friendly Aussies behind the counters. There was only 1!

Alles war wirklich grandios, der Service von Rezeption bis zum Restaurant. Die Speisen und Getränke sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Alles war wirklich richtig richtig gut.

Had pre-advised that this was a special occasion anniversary for us. Arrived to be given an awful room facing the car park, with an additional cot bed set up that we hadn't requested. Staff were fantastic in sorting it out - downgraded room was better than the one allocated (they were full) and they threw in breakfast to make up. Sunrise views over the beach were fantastic, hotel space is really good, breakfast on the terrace is spectacular watching the whales breaching. Reception staff superb.

Our anniversary meal was dreadful. The table we had deliberately requested the day before was given to somebody else, the wait times were atrocious. The scallops were burned. Mentioned to both the waitress and then the manager, but neither seemed interested. Also mentioned to reception at checkout. Such a shame, we had such good feedback on the food before, but it let the experience down.
