The only thing we liked was the front desk lady in training, she was great.

The room was awful, smelled like smoke and mold. The wall paper was peeling around the a/c unit and it was extremely dusty. Pretty sure we all had coughs due to the smell. The pictures on the walls were broken and about to fall, as well as the cabinet doors. The carpet was dirty. We asked for extra towels the last day, as we had only 2 for a family of 4, the front desk lady stated they were at capacity and did not have any towels. We were there for 3 days for a soccer tournament with 2 towels…. Not to mention she was not nice when I was surprised they were out of towels. Really outdated and I should have done more research.

Beim Einchecken haben wir anscheinend das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Es wurden 2 Nächte von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl nur eine Nacht über Booking gebucht wurde. Die Rücküberweisung hat 3 Tage benötigt. Das Zimmer war nachts laut, da sowohl eine Klimaanlage im Gang die ganze Nacht brummte als auch der Verkehrslärm der nahen I-5 ziemlich nervte. Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung für die Größe des Hotels. Zudem gab es nur einen winzigen Toaster für sehr viele Frühstücksgäste.

The accommodation was significantly outdated. The cleanliness of the room was inadequate, with the carpets in poor condition. The bathroom floor was not properly sanitized. The microwave appliance was old and inefficient, requiring an excessive amount of time to warm a bottle. The refrigerator was not functional, resulting in spoiled food by the following day. The breakfast offerings were substandard, poorly prepared, and inadequately organized. Consequently, I do not intend to return.
