Rogue Regency Inn Medford Airport

We stayed 2 nights, check out day we asked for a late check out and they told us 12:00pm would be ok. They asked my wife and 82 year old mother to leave at 11 30. They said they could stay in the lobby until I could come get them, things ran a bit later than expected and they were asked to leave the lobby, no access for rest rooms. The restaurant was out of Pepsi , dr peper and orange/apple juice. Pool no towels, under water light was on pool deck and we didn't feel safe swimming. I highly would recommend to stay somewhere else. Thinking about talking to a lawyer for discrimination my wife is Hispanic, don't think they would of been treated like that if they were white. Oops this is what we think k was bad.

LOVED the front desk staff, especially Sir Alex who helped my brother in law and myself check in. I liked the old style stairs leading up to floor 2. There are also elevators for easier accessibility. Beds were comfy, water was hot for showers!

There is a notice on the door about not taking your hotel room towels to the pool area located in a different building than rooms. But when we got to the pool area there were none. Asked for more towels and the housekeepers set them on the floor outside our room. Pool area also didn’t have very many seats.

This place is fairly rundown.

The rooms and, lobby and bar and pretty rundown. Please don’t get me started on the pillows…yuck.

Location was good. Staff was professional. Check in and check out was easy.

Location and the layout is great. Everything is really out dated and in need of remodeling.
