The staff was quick to help with the issue of my reservation. And they had a lot of Halloween decorations.

There was some black mold inside of the shower and there was a strong mold smell. Also the carpet felt wet and seemed to be damp.

The breakfast was good.

We called before booking a couple hours before arriving and asked if the hot tub was functioning, hot and working. We were told by a male employee that yes it was in fact working. When we got to the pool area it was not working. The smell in the hallway was musty. The elevator made an awful sound between the 2nd and 3rd floor and scared all of us on it.
