It was comfy but had cockroaches

The room smelled like cigarettes. I think it needs to be painted, the smoke smell is overwhelming. The smell is so strong had to take a shower the minute I got home. Definitely not worth the price and never will stay there again.

It was good! Just there for a concert they allowed early check in and the process was smooth

The room was disgusting, not cleaned very well at all. The bed protector had a huge urine stain on it, and you could tell it was not changed or washed. You could smell the urine extremely badly. People out on the balcony partying, running on the balcony all night , glass breaking, doors slamming, and a lot of hollering from them partying. You could hear doors being opened, and being closed. The rooms are non-smoking but the room before us was smoking weed in there to the point it was coming out from under the door and floating into our room. The room after our room the air conditioner is messed up so all you hear is the fan kicking on and off, and the fan makes an awful scraping noise. I will never stay there again. Worst experience ever.

There was a car with very loud basey music playing, the floors are creaky therefore you could hear the upstairs people pacing. Mattresses are very firm, I prefer less firm. Pillow cases and bed sheets were discoloured.

It was very convenient, decently price for accommodation. I would definitely stay again in the future!

Check in was very easy and it was a very nice, clean stay

Check in was 3. We got there around 3:30 and they told us to come back later because our room was not ready. Room stunk of old cigarettes. All the outlets need to be replaced because they were so loose, the plugs were falling out. The top cover of the bed was dirty. Only one bedside table with no outlets on the other side to plug in phone. Showerhead was filthy...........but hey, WIFI was good!!!

Staff were exceptional

Staying for the night after a concert. Beds were comfy and shower worked.
