The worst vacation ever. Waiting for check in from 3pm to 7pm which takes 4 hours to get a room. When I enter the room was not even cleaned, the toiletbowl full with poop and the floor was really dirty (my socks change color to black). Then I complaint at receptionist and they upgrade my room but still give us the room that has dust and no toiletries available need to call housekeeping. After breakfast I go swimming and the ph level was bad no chlorine I think and there’s people vomit in the pool. My brother hair got people vomit so disgusting. Don’t go here bad customer service.
