My favorite hotel each time I come to Penang. Love the comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Friendly staff. I booked the room for our wedding anniversary at a very last minute, about 3 hours before arrival..to my surprise the room was ready with a welcoming anniversary deco… really make our day special. There are 24 hours “mamak” restaurant nearby and a few eateries… very convenient.

Nil. No complaint.
