The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bed had black bits in it, there was dust and hair everywhere and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The fitness studio has 2kg, 5kg and 10kg weights, a rowing machine and bike, with a cable machine that doesn't work and is very loud.
