Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good location.
I had to pay a $100 deposit that was not mentioned upon booking and i have yet to get it back three business days.
Housekeeping is clearly VERY minimal at this hotel. It was not clean.
The restaurants were close and affordable
I only had a couple of complaints. The filters on the a/c was very dirty, they only gave us 1towel, 1rag and 1 hand towel. They did give us more when asked. They also did not provide shampoo. Our first room door wouldn't lock so they gave us another room. Other than that it was very nice, clean and quiet.
I booked a certain room. I do
I killed two roaches in our room and it smelled like smoke. There was water damage above the shower
The breakfast selection was okay, it was very dirty like someone wasn't taking care of it properly. There was a cockroach in my bathroom in the first room I was in. But they switched me to a different room on the opposite side. Place needs updating as it is old and pretty run down. I needed a place to crash so I stayed.
The man at the front desk had to get off his phone to check us in. I felt like a big distraction for him. He only said the lines that he was taught and did not respond to anything that we suggested or said. Breakfast was standard breakfast food, but served with broken items. These stay in the hotel itself was good. Nice hot water for showers in the morning with good water pressure. Comfortable and clean room.
This hotel was out of shampoo.
I seemed ok. But the pool wasn’t available. Closed for cleaning. Wasn’t listed like that when I booked this property
