A quiet night
This property is a great low budget option. Clearly the property is outdated (parking, elevator, rooms). Location, staff, pool & breakfast make this property a great value.
If you’re looking for an affordable, nice hotel room this is the place to go! This was my first time
I liked that the property was five minutes away from my sons' school, but I didn't like how outdated my room was. The television was super old and the remote control was broken. The air conditioner did not get cold. There were stains on the top cover of the blanket.
Front desk was awesome and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied
I love that it was such a quiet place to stay and it was clean.
The pull out couch was covered in rat poo. And all the front desk could say was sorry.
We had to change rooms three times in order to get one with a working television. One of the rooms smelled so bad there was no way we could’ve stayed there. Then the facility had obvious property damage and we didn’t have a hairdryer so the gentleman at the front desk went to four different rooms to try to find us one. During breakfast we were trying to use the toaster but the circuit tripped and so we had to wait for about 10 minutes in order to get our breakfast and the choices were severely limited. I will never do the offer again where you pay a set price and Expedia chooses your hotel for you after this experience.
