Ascot Premium Hotel

Jättefint, välskött hotell strax utanför gamla stan, litet och mysigt allt var väldigt fräscht. Sängen var skönt, frukosten var mycket bra. En sak vi uppskattade mycket var att varje våning hade kolsyrat och vanligt vatten som man kunde hämta i termos till rummet.

Vi tyckte om allt, kommer säkert boka där igen om vi åker till Krakow igen. Kan väl bara nämna att tågspår gick precis utanför fönstret men de körde ganska sakta förbi och var ganska tysta, de störde inte oss men vet man att man är känslig så kanske man ska välja något annat ( det låg öronproppar i ett skåp)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at the reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of high-quality food and beverages. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and provided a pleasant stay. Special compliments to the entire team for their professionalism and hospitality.

The only aspect that felt unusual was the service in the café. When ordering coffee and drinks, they were placed on the counter without any indication that guests were expected to collect them themselves, as they were not served to the table. This was the first time I encountered such an approach in a hotel, which caused a bit of confusion. Similarly, when food was brought to the table, no cutlery or napkins were provided, leaving me unsure whether I had misunderstood the service concept. While this is a relatively minor issue, clearer communication would certainly improve the overall guest experience.

Quizás la habitación un poco pequeña pero, para dos noches esta bien
