"3 Night Stay In Seguin"

The hotel was about average. There was only one elevator that took forever, so I mainly took the stairs. We were there 3 nights and had to wash clothes daily, but the dryer didn’t work. The staff was great! The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Richard. He was very helpful!! He provided with a nearby location that had great BBQ. He also assisted my wife with drying our clothes. We cannot thank him enough!

"Not eager to book again with Hotels.com"

According to the front desk there was a dispute between The Hampton Inn and Hotels.com. Hotels.com offered a lower rate without authorizing with the hotel first. We were late checking in and an hour late to the wedding.

"It was fine."

Location—close to amenities. Generally fine.

Interior of rooms looking pretty run down especially the bathroom. Bed very soft like it’s worn out and not supportive in any way.

My husband and I decided to give this spot a try and OMG I am so glad we did! The staff was super nice, our room was the perfect temp, bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was AMAZING! Breakfast was amazing as well! We will definitely be staying again!
