Beds and pillows were a joke. The floors were messed up: cracking tile in bathroom and lifting laminate in the rest of the room. Doors poorly fit and let way too much sound in and they all slam too loudly. The ac wasn’t on prior to our arrival, it’s inconsiderate walking into a hot room. Also the ac had a sensor so when we left for dinner the ac turned off and it was hot again when we returned from dinner. The breakfast was the smallest selection and poorest quality I’ve ever seen at a Hampton. All this for over $200. Terrible example that falls far below Hampton standards.

Everything was good except breakfast. We had to get up early and was down for breakfast about 6:45. The coffee was just warm each morning, left over from the night before. Had to request coffee from the kitchen

The check in experience was a mess. Apparently they overbooked my room and cancelled my reservation entirely.This lead me to have to move rooms in which they stated we would not have to pay for because of the inconvenience. When in fact they had already charged me for two nights of a no show, which clearly I did show up and they ran the wrong form of payment also leading to my credit taking a negative hit. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
