Very nice staff. Easy check in and check out. Very convenient 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Very comfortable bed. Had very early flight so did not use any of the facilities

The Room door didn't lock prooperly

We stayed here unexpectedly after having to leave another accommodation and the hotel was a real lifeline. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to pay for an early check-in and storing our luggage before our room was available. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel provided exactly what we needed after a stressful day. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from Rome Fiumicino Airport runs every 15 minutes and was excellent. Although some areas of the hotel are a little dated, everything was clean, comfortable and well organised.

Some areas of the hotel are beginning to feel a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment, but this did not affect our stay.

Lo único que era bueno es la ubicación como hotel de paso.

Poco personal para atender a toda la gente que reciben. No tienen comida para los pasajeros. Las señoritas de la conserjería fueron super rudas y maleducadas, y no les importan sus pasajeros
