"There is no where better on the island"

It's the best hotel on phu quoc island. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure it's a haven of tranquility and peace. From the beautiful landscape to the beach it really is so unique and so far away from the chaotic over crammed tourist scene that phu quoc has sadly become.

This has always been a very calm, scenic hotel, but unfortunately a large number of gen z guests now treat it as a backdrop for constant photo shoots, which really lowers the tone and detracts from the peaceful atmosphere.

Everything! Superior service, food/beverage, accommodations. Great unexpected little touches such as sorbet sample on the beach every day, small snack at turn down. Personalized notes including a handwritten thank you upon check out. Highly recommend and hopefully will return soon.

"Extremely Disappointing Stay"

The room cleanliness was poor (insects and mosquitoes present), bathroom amenities were substandard, and breakfast quality and service were both unsatisfactory. Moreiver, during my stay I noticed personal items went missing. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Отель La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery оставил очень тёплое впечатление. Атмосфера спокойная, уютная, без суеты. Красивая, ухоженная территория, много зелени, всё продумано для отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал – вежливые, внимательные, искренне стараются помочь, а не просто выполняют формальности. Завтраки отличные: большой выбор, всё свежее и вкусное, можно каждый день брать разное и не надоедает. Пляж чистый, лежаков хватает, море рядом. Отличное место, чтобы реально отдохнуть и перезагрузиться.

Очень неприятный момент был с завтраками. За 10–20 минут до окончания сотрудники начинают буквально стоять над гостями, напоминать, что завтрак скоро закончится, тебя торопят и выгоняют. Формулировка выглядела так, будто нужно срочно доедать и освобождать столы. Для отеля такого уровня это совершенно недопустимо. Гости не должны чувствовать давление или дискомфорт во время завтрака, особенно в отпуске. Если завтрак заявлен до определённого времени, он должен проходить спокойно до последней минуты, без намёков и напоминаний. Во всех нормальных отелях при окончании начинают убирать еду, но из за стола никто не выгоняет. Администрации стоит обратить на это внимание, потому что именно такие мелочи сильно портят общее впечатление от в целом хорошего отеля.
