Says it has a hot tun in room but didn't

No hot water what so ever.

The staff were amazing, hotel was clean and up to date and quiet. The thermostat in the room kept the room at a nice even temperature without having to constantly adjust it and the bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of wash cloths and towels and nice shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Every time we came downstairs the staff asked if we were good and needed anything. They were very attentive to all their guests and made us feel welcome and taken care of our entire stay.

The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no waffle makers just one pancake maker that didn't always work, the scrambled eggs were cold and scorched, and the half/half had went bad so when you put it in your coffee it curdled the coffee. The refrigerator in the room made a ticking noise that wouldn't stop and was very annoying when trying to go to sleep and the smoke alarm flashed a bright light all night. The hotel shares a parking lot with another "motel" with very sketchy clientele and we had a half dressed lady rush up to us in the dark as we were walking in from the parking lot asking us for cigarettes'. She appeared higher than a kite.

Renovated and clean hard surface floors in the room. So nice.

Room was very hot but they were very happy to move us to another room.

The desk staff was very courteous although they could not find my booking.com reservation. Apparently this is an issue between their system and booking.com's system, but I was fortunate to have a staff member that knew the way around this issue.

The parking lot is a bit small and there is a smaller motel right in front of this hotel, which makes it difficult to tell where you can and cannot park. They are also smack dab in the middle of a remodel, so a tile came off in the bathroom during our stay, but I made sure to tell the front desk so that we wouldn't be charged for any damage to the room. Also, the room safes don't seem to work, which was disappointing, but didn't sway our opinion as to how much we enjoyed our stay. It was simply a minor nuisance.

Air conditioning was weird and would run cold air then heat back and forth all night, and the ac automatically knocks itself up to 74 in the day hence turning the heater on had to knock it back down twice in the same day, also super bright green flashing light, we fixed that with post it notes, for the price less broke things than expected
