Convenience of being close to family, staff are extremely friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

The microwave was dirty. However I did not ask for it to be clean. If I did ask I'm sure that they would have cleaned it immediately. The breakfast is good however it's extremely difficult to cut the waffles with plastic forks and spoons. Having regular silverware would be a plus.

Breakfast staff very pleasant. Eggs much better than expected. Gentleman at front desk wrote out directions to our nearby destination because his printer wouldn't work. Very friendly, helpful. On arrival, front desk couldn't locate our reservation even through Hampton had emailed me to confirm our room location request (away from the ice machine) would be granted. Ultimately found it. Glitch was because booking was made thru Booking.com.

In the shower there were a couple public hairs and on the shelf there were rings from soap products brought by previous occupant.
