A localização é perfeita. Fomos jantar no El Senor caminhando com segurança. Fomos até o shopping, e tudo foi tranquilo. O quarto atende as expectativas dentro do que se propoe. café da manhã bom.

A equipe de recepção é ruim. SEm qualquer empatia, deu a impressão de que estávamos atrapalhando. Estavam em 3 na recepção e nenhum deles, se dignou a dar boas vindas. Viram que chagamos de carro e não falaram nada, não ofereceram garagem, a gente que perguntou no final. Não sa´ram para o lado de fora para ajudar. Estávamos com muitas malas pois estávamos a caminho do aeroproto para viagem internacional. No dia seguinda o carro demorou mais de 15 minutos, pois disseram que estava guardado em outro local. Recepção precisa de melhorias.

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Limpesa e organização.

A piscina estava em manutenção. Issom foi frustrante uma vez que a praia em frente ao hotel não é para banho. As praias para banho ficam a 15 até 30 km do hotel.
