terrible internet "cable" connection without wifi + lousy staff.. not recomendable.

i have stayed in scores of hotels in about 30 countries around the world.............but this was the WORST. GHASTLY by all measures . In fact the menory is so bad and forgettable that I do not wish to recount and list out the horrors.. I shall be back in Jeddah next month ; but I know for sure where I am NOT going to stay......even if it was for free.

Service quality needs immediate attention and drastic improvement.

As if Jeddah is not bad enough - this hotel is the icing on the cake. In the middle of nowhere, 3 star - so not sure why been advertised as 5 star. Non-existent customer service, most dont speak English and dont have a clue about Jeddah. Stay somewhere near Tahlia st. It's the only so and so place in Jeddah.

swimming pool closed. no wifi in my room. loud wedding in the conference room so no sleep between 11pm and 4am. refused to reward wyndham points. staff unfriendly.

Hotel has nice facilities, adequate for it's price. It is a good option in Jeddah if you are price-sensitive but still want something decent. Don't expect luxury, but it's comfortable for a Saudi middle-low priced hotel. Has a good lobby, restaurant, business area and sports center. Rooms are of good size and mostly clean. Cons - VERY slow (free) internet, carpets where very stained, in very bad condition (whereas rest of the room was clean, no smells). Location - nothing to do around, but it's in the middle of town, you can get to most business places relatively quick (be wary of traffic, its BAD). Not premium location!
