Seul l'emplacement.

Après plusieurs mails de mécontentement, sans réponse. Chambre sale, forte chaleur 30° pas de climatisation. Je trouve inadmissible de ne pas répondre au client. Hotel à fuir. 😡

Le personnel en vacances qui a sauvé ma nuit en trouvant une autre chambre que celle qui m'avait été attribuée : elle était déjà occupée quand je l'ai ouverte avec ma clef! 😳 elle s'est longuement excusée et m'a trouvé une autre chambre PMR disponible. Merci à elle!

De rentrer, épuisée par une longue route, dans une chambre déjà occupée, en étant chargée de toutes mes affaires, et de devoir trouver une solution d'urgence alors que j'avais bien réservé à l'avance ma chambre PMR... La serviette pour les pieds n'était pas très propre...

"We komen er nooit meer."

Personeel op zich vriendelijk, maar er werd alleen Frans gesproken. Via de vertaal app werd ons vertelt dat er geen kok was. Een van de redenen dat we geboekt hadden, was dat er een restaurant aanwezig was. Kamer is zeer klein en gedateerd, zo ook de badkamer. Bedden sliepen goed en het ontbijt was prima. Ik zou het hotel niet aanbevelen en al helemaal niet voor de prijs van 95 euro. Veel te duur.

Geen kok aanwezig, dus geen diner. We hadden ons verheugd op een lekker diner na 7 uur rijden. De hele kleine kamer, voelde erg benauwd, geen plek om te relaxen, behalve het bed.

L’accueil était agréable et serviable. Bon petit dejeuner.

Odeur de parfum intense dans la chambre en entrant, énormément de trace noir sur les joints de la salle de bain. Le chambre a été changé immédiatement, odeur de tabac à l’accueil et salle à manger. La restauration n’était vraiment pas « ouf ».
