Hotel très sale, avec les couloirs ne sont absolument pas nettoyés ...la climatisation ne marchait pas (en panne) alors qu il faisait 35°C. et lors de la réservation on indique chambre climatisée. . On attend que je paye la chambre mais on nous prévient pas (un mot pour indiquer qu il y a des travaux mais ce n est pas le probleme). Seul l accueil est très bien climatisé et semble propre donc on ne voit pas de problème. Quand je reviens signaler le problème on m indique qu il n y a pas de climatisation mais que la personne n est pas habilitée à rembourser, j ai demandé à parler au responsable et bizarrement cela a résolu le problème d habilitation. J ai l habitude de louer des chambres sur B&B mais là vraiment ce n est pas correct....
