Club Hotel Tiberias

The second we arrived we regretted choosing this property. They tried to charge us again after paying through Expedia that was only resolved by a third manager investigating. Overalll checkin was 25 minutes. Rooms are worse than a canadian prison, air conditioning only works in one part of the bedroom, curtains don’t cover the windows entirely so the heat is quite high by 6 am and feels like a sauna. Our beds were as soft as cardboard and upon pulling back a sheet there was a spider, a bug and a few hairs. The bathroom had mould in its corners, the bathtub was very old and shallow. Under every surface was grime and first from the sink to under he coffee table. The internet was poor and couldn’t load pages at times. The elevators are a joke, always packed and it is a rush to get in and try to get a spot. Parking is not available in front of the property beyond their 10 spots so you have to drive to the front, waive down security to follow you down the mountain to parallels park so they can drive you back up. The good, the view is incredible, the pool was as described and the small shop at the property was affordable and open often. If you are like me and read a review and think that maybe the others are just complaining and still decide to try this out I recommend paying the extra for the daily breakfast as long as you don’t mind a few sneezes and coughs into the open food as the staff carry it around’

Terrible place and terrible staff. So sad i wasted a night there (even if it was a gift night...)

Hallway reeked (can't say if smell existed on other floors). Room was extremely dirty; many surfaces sticky (patches of floor, sofa, table, etc.) and in both showers clumps of hair from previous guest(s) were clinging to the wall. Air conditioning was weak in room where my 2 kids were supposed to sleep so we all slept in main bedroom. Wifi was non-existent in room for entire stay (3 nights); either connection refused or even if showed connected when tried to load web page would return an error or just hang (suggestion from staff was to sit in lobby since connection was good there). Gym consisted of 4 pieces of equipment all broken in one form or another. On the plus side, nice view of Kinneret and breakfast had anything one would want. Honestly, couldn't wait to leave.

Parking lot was so far from the propiety. The balcony was uncleaning.

Expedia booking service was poor. The hotel did not receive the booking and I had to call 3 times from Israel to UK, each time being passed on and told to hold on. I would not use Expedia again, I would use another way to book this nice hotel.

A internet não funciona no quarto. Na recepção funciona às vezes. Não há estacionamento no hotel, embora o anúncio diga que sim. Vc deve estacionar na rua se encontrar vaga. A piscina é lotada e cheia de crianças. O quarto possui carpete bem sujo. Não vale a pena. Pelo valor da diária é muito.caro para o que oferece.

中国人等の団体客が多すぎて朝食・出発の時間がごった返しでした。 仕方ないのですが、ホテルが大きいとこうなるのかなと感じます。

Beautiful rooms with beautiful view from the balcony .

Quarto amplo, confortável, serviços de café e jantar muito satisfatórios. Vista do quarto muito bonita do Mar da Galiléia. Recomendo, exceto pela internet muito fraca.

Amazing location and excellent food. Looked a little tired and a bit noisy with building going on. Would go again.
