Difiicultés pour avoir quelqu'un à la réception qui est ouverte 2h par jour. Très bruyant. Pas de petit déjeuner. Travaux à 7h du matin dans l'hotel. Les draps des anciens occupants encore en boule dans la chambre.
Pour le 31 hôtel très propre très calme. Il manquait juste une éponge pour nettoyer la table. Mais si on hôtel à recommander. Literie impeccable ainsi que la cuisine.
Accueil non chalant, moquette tachée à de nombreux endroits, lave vaisselle sale des précédents occupants... Isolation phonique quasi inexistante....
Le descriptif de l'annonce montre uniquement des photos d'un appartement avec une chambre séparée. A l'arrivée on nous installe dans un studio. Lorsque nous faisons remarquer à la réception que cela ne correspond pas à l'annonce une dame tres désagréable voire incorrecte nous dit que nous n'avions qu'à pas réserver via Abritel. Lorsque nous lui demandons de faire remonter l'info à sa direction, elle nous rit au nez en nous indiquant que sa direction n'est pas concernée par les réservations faites par Abritel. Une honte. En dehors de cela, le studio était propre et la résidence bien située.
Horrible, à fuir.. Logement pour étudiant campus, impossible de dormir la nuit
