"Ravie de n’y avoir passé qu’une seule nuit"

La literie était confortable et propre.

L hôtel est vieillissant. La chambre était mal insonorisée et côté route . La nuit fut courte. Le check in de remise des chambres est à 11h A 11h, La porte de la réception était fermée avec un panneau (réception fermée de 11h à 11h45). Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec nos cartes en main sans savoir quoi faire. Une personne se trouvait à l intérieur et quand on a tenté d attirer son attention, on nous a crié « je suis en pause » En appelant le numéro d’urgence, elle a quitté sa pause et nous a crié au travers du carreau « laissez vos cartes sur le rebord » Nous avons obéit et du coup nous n’aurons pas notre facture… Petit conseil au prioritaire : Une boîte pour remettre les cartes peut être une idée simple mais qui évitera à vos clients de chercher une solution pour quitter les lieux 😉
