The front desk staff is fantastic….welcoming, helpful and some of the best encountered in this franchise. When I discussed cleanliness issues upon check out, manager on duty was very empathetic and responsive.

Room was not clean! Chair dirty and has to put towels on arms and back before we could sit on it! Windows disgusting. A curtain was missing. Bathroom not clean….”stuff” on wall next to sink.
