Mövenpick Hotel Doha

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for an extra night.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning was a major disappointment. It wasn’t cooling the room at all, and even after the staff tried to fix it, the cooling remained very weak. The bathroom exhaust fan also seemed like it wasn’t working properly. Everything else about the stay was great, but the air conditioning really affected my overall experience. I hope the management can resolve this issue for future guests. Another small downside was the limited parking. While the valet service was convenient, I wish there were more parking spaces available, preferably covered to protect cars from the sun.

Facility and location was good

Staff behaviour was bit racist, especially the Reception one lady. Service staff in dining area was less probably as diner cutlries were leftover during dinner around 9pm. Plates were not available for serving . It was requested 3 to 4 times then provided

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and offers a relaxing environment. I especially want to highlight Juneda, an outstanding employee, whose dedication and kindness went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. Their recognition is well deserved, and they truly represent the highest level of hospitality. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!🩷
